Terms of Use

These terms govern subscriptions to Leitrvik, a software-as-a-service product operated by Thorsten Meyer, Blombergstrasse 11 C, 82393 Iffeldorf, Germany. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

Leitrvik monitors public company information, ranks discovery signals, and provides source-linked results, watchlists, alerts, exports, and configured delivery channels. Features and quotas depend on the selected plan.

Trial and subscription

New eligible accounts receive a 14-day trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly in advance at the displayed net price plus applicable VAT. You authorize collection through the offered payment method until cancellation.

Cancellation

You may cancel before the next billing date to stop the following renewal. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, fees already paid for a started billing period are not refundable. We may suspend access for overdue payment, abuse, or material breach after reasonable notice where practical.

Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully, protect account credentials, respect applicable data-protection and source-licence requirements, and avoid interfering with the service or attempting unauthorized access. You remain responsible for decisions and outreach based on discoveries.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Leitrvik available and accurate, but public sources can change, delay, or omit information. We may improve or replace features while preserving the essential purpose of a paid plan. Material adverse changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

Liability

Leitrvik does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Liability is unlimited where required by law, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory product liability. Otherwise, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable loss arising from breach of an essential contractual duty.

Law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and directly applicable European Union law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. To the extent legally permitted, the venue is Germany. Consumers retain all mandatory protections and venues available under applicable law.
