This marketing site
This site uses no cookies and runs no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, external scripts, externally hosted fonts, or embedded third-party media. The site is hosted by all-inkl.com on infrastructure in Germany. As part of ordinary web hosting, the hosting provider may temporarily process technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, referrer, browser, and response status to deliver and secure the site.
The legal basis for essential delivery and security processing is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in operating a reliable and secure website.
Public company and officer data
Leitrvik processes company information from official registers and other public sources for B2B discovery. Where a register identifies a natural person, Leitrvik stores that person only in their official public capacity — for example as a director, managing director, or board member. We do not enrich those records with private-life information, scrape LinkedIn, or collect personal email addresses.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Investors, corporate development teams, and sales teams have a legitimate commercial interest in finding newly formed and growing businesses. Using the public record is necessary to identify founding and company-change events, and our processing is limited to information published by law or by the company itself.
Purpose, provenance, and recipients
We use the data to detect company events, resolve company identities, calculate momentum signals, match companies to customer-defined theses, and provide source-linked discoveries. Data remains within the customer deployment except where that customer configures delivery by email or webhook. Thesis text and watchlists are processed using the operator's configured inference endpoint.
Retention and erasure
Register payloads are retained where needed to support provenance and the underlying company-level fact. When a valid erasure request concerns an officer, we can remove the person's name from stored payloads while retaining a non-personal company event, unless an overriding legal or register-publicity interest applies.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
Send privacy or erasure requests to contact@leitrvik.com. Please include enough information for us to locate the relevant official record; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
